To book a DELE exam simulation, the first step is to send us a message through the contact page. Please explain your situation so that we can tailor our approach to your needs. Let us know which proficiency level you are preparing for, your exam date, your strengths, and your areas of improvement. After that, we will provide you with a schedule so you can choose your preferred day and time. Once you’ve made the reservation payment for that day, we will connect via Zoom on the agreed-upon date.

Payments are made in advance through PayPal or bank transfer. You can pay for the courses on our website. Activities such as simulations or Spanish coffee sessions need to be booked via our contact page.

To enroll in our coffee and conversation classes, you can get in touch with us. We’ll provide you with a free, non-binding level assessment and offer you the best options based on your proficiency level.

If you have booked a simulation or an activity through our website and are unable to attend, you must notify us via email with a 24-hour notice, and we will refund your money.

At the moment, we do not offer private classes, but if you need assistance with anything, please write to us, and we will evaluate your situation. Everything can be discussed! 😊
