To book a DELE exam simulation, the first thing you need to do is send us a message through the contact page. Explain your case so that we can adapt to your needs. Let us know which level you are preparing for, when you have your exam, your strengths, and weaknesses. Then we will send you a calendar so that you can choose the day and time that suits you best. You will make the payment for the reservation of that day, and we will meet through ZOOM on the agreed-upon day.
Payments are made in advance through PayPal or bank transfer. You can pay for courses through our website. Activities such as simulations or the Spanish café need to be reserved through our contact page.
To join our coffee and conversation classes, you can contact us. We will provide you with a free and non-binding level test and give you the best options for you based on your level.
If you have booked a simulation or an activity through our website and you cannot attend, you must notify us via email with 24 hours’ notice, and we will refund your money.
